What's In The Bond?
The 2026 Bond Will Impact Campuses Across the District
These projects will provide classroom space for current and future Sanger ISD students. They include safety and security, technology upgrades, and additional buses to meet the demands of our growing population. The newly opened Sanger High School will not receive any upgrades or renovations.
1. New Campuses
Construction of Elementary School #3

A new elementary school campus for 650 students (grades 1-5)

Two elementary campuses will be over max capacity by 2029

Addresses student enrollment growth and relieves overcrowding

Includes a childcare suite to address child care needs for staff retention

Relieves overcrowding at existing campuses

2. Renovations
HS Metal Fabrication Center Renovations
- Upgrades the existing shop building
- Provides students with updated programs
- 93% of Sanger ISD students participate in Career and Technical Education programs, many achieving career certifications
- Replaces / Upgrades Critical Systems at the end of their life
- Upgraded HVAC
- Upgrade the exhaust system
- New lights & ceiling
- New finishes
Renovations at Butterfield Elementary
- Upgrade the classroom environment to allow flexibility with instruction and collaboration, including modular furniture.
Renovations at Clear Creek Elementary
- Upgrade the classroom environment to allow flexibility with instruction and collaboration, including modular furniture.
Renovations at Sanger Middle School
- Upgrade the classroom environment to allow flexibility with instruction and collaboration, including modular furniture.



3. New Buses
Purchase seven new buses to address growing student enrollment while safely transporting students and meeting current state safety requirements.
