Literacy Instruction

Hello from Sanger ISD! I am Tina Yant and I was born and raised in Bells, Texas. I graduated from Texas A & M - Commerce in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. I quickly returned back to college to pursue my passion for education. I then began teaching in 2000 and I have had the pleasure of teaching grades 3 and 4 as well as serving as a Reading Specialist/Dyslexia teacher for grades K-2. I am certified as a Reading Specialist/Master Reading Teacher along with my certification in Educational Administration. This is my 21st year in education and I absolutely love working as the District Literacy Coach at Sanger ISD!
