COVID-19 Survey

Dear Sanger ISD Families,
I wanted to take the time to say thank you for supporting Sanger ISD this past spring during our COVID-19 closure. It was a challenging time for every school district in the State of Texas; however, I could not be more proud of Sanger ISD and the accomplishment and perseverance our staff displayed while continuing to educate our students.
During the closure and in efforts to continue to meet the needs of our students, not only did our teachers keep teaching, but also our cafeteria staff kept providing meals for our students. Our cafeteria staff prepared and served almost 52,000 meals during our closure. What a great achievement by this department.
As our administration teams begins to prepare for next school year, I am asking for your help. In efforts to better serve our students and parents in the case of a COVID-19 related closure next year, we are seeking your input on how we can improve our “At Home Learning” platform. A survey has been created to assist us in collecting this necessary data. The survey is 100% anonymous and I ask for your honest feedback. Without your feedback, we will not gain insight to the areas of concern you have as parents. The survey can be found at This survey, along with a Spanish version can be also be found on our website at The survey should be able to be completed in 10 minutes or less. Thank you in advance for providing us with this much-needed data as we strive to better serve you and your family.
Thank you again for allowing our district to educate your child. This is a task we do not take lightly and will continuously look for ways to improve our practices. Be safe, enjoy the summer break and we will see you next school year.
Dr. Hunter
